JOB READINESS

Job readiness offers assistance to women who are preparing to enter or re-enter the workforce. A job developer meets with displaced homemakers (women who are separated, widowed, divorced, or whose spouse has become disabled).  She offers them a variety of no cost career guidance services to help them become economically self-sufficient.
